With over 25 years of combined experience, our team of exceptional and highly qualified facilitators brings together well-trained, dedicated leaders from diverse backgrounds—each with unique expertise and a shared passion for meaningful impact.
Sammy Muchuku
Lead Facilitator
Sammy possesses over 18 years of expertise in experiential learning, focusing on team building. He has trained corporate groups across East Africa, the U.S., and New Zealand. Additionally, he is certified in first aid training and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi. Samuel is an alumnus of the Falls Church Fellows in USA and is actively involved on the boards of two development organizations.
Ahlam Mimie Mdachi
Facilitation Expert
Mimie has perfected her expertise in experiential learning a facilitator with her journey starting from 2013 with African Frontier Limited. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a master’s in forensic psychology.
Dan Ouko
Facilitation Expert
Dan who has been a facilitator with African Frontier since 2013, holds a B.Sc. in Physics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education.
Paul Kaguru
Facilitation Expert
Co-director and lawyer with a background in corporate law and leadership training; holds an LLB, PG Diploma in Advocacy, and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership.
Halaku Gene
Facilitation Expert
Halaku is a facilitator with an LLB (Hons) degree. She joined the group in 2018.
Tony Wachira
Facilitation Expert
Tony is a certified professional trainer with a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate diploma in Social Entrepreneurship, joined the team in 2018 as a facilitator.
